This site collects very little, but coaching clients send sensitive information: body photographs, weight and health history. This page says exactly what happens to it.

PLACEHOLDER: client’s attorney to review. This is a complete draft written to be readable, not a lawyer-reviewed document. Clauses needing real operational facts are flagged inline.

What is collected

From anyone browsing: nothing beyond standard server logs.

From anyone joining the email list: an email address.

From coaching clients: name, email, payment details (handled by the payment processor, never stored here), height, weight, age, training history, dietary preferences, relevant health conditions, and three body photographs.

PLACEHOLDER: client’s attorney to review. Confirm whether analytics, advertising pixels or session recording are used. If a Meta or TikTok pixel is added for advertising, this section must be rewritten and a cookie consent mechanism added.

The photographs

Your three photographs are used for one thing: estimating body composition so protein can be set against lean body mass rather than scale weight.

They are never published, never used in marketing, and never shown to anyone else without your separate written permission.

PLACEHOLDER: confirm where the photographs are stored, who else can access that storage, and how long they are kept. Body photographs are sensitive personal data and the answer here matters more than anything else on this page.

Health information

Health information you disclose is used solely to write a programme that is safe for you. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.

PLACEHOLDER: client’s attorney to confirm whether any health-data regime applies. Coaching is generally not covered by HIPAA in the United States, but state privacy laws and, for clients in the UK or EU, UK GDPR and GDPR treat health data as a special category with additional requirements.

How long things are kept

PLACEHOLDER: set real retention periods with the client. A reasonable position: photographs deleted on request and automatically twelve months after coaching ends; coaching records kept for as long as the client is active plus a defined period; email list membership until unsubscribe.

Who else sees your data

Payments are handled by a third-party processor which stores your card details. TextaTrainer never sees or stores a full card number.

PLACEHOLDER: name every processor actually used: payment provider, email platform, messaging platform, hosting. Each one needs listing.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email toddmendelsohn1@gmail.com and it will be handled.

Deleting your photographs does not end your coaching, but a plan cannot be rewritten from scratch without new ones.

PLACEHOLDER: client’s attorney to confirm which statutory rights apply based on where clients are located, and the response deadlines attached to them.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Browser storage is used only to remember whether you have already been shown the free-programme offer in this session.

PLACEHOLDER: this must be rewritten the moment any analytics or advertising tag is added.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18 and information is not knowingly collected from children.
