Nothing physical is sent. The diet form arrives by email immediately after purchase. Your written diet and workout programme come back within 48 hours of you returning the form with your three photographs.

Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, they are not returnable once sent. If a plan has not yet been written, email for a refund.

Supplements ship from the USA.

PLACEHOLDER: confirm dispatch window, carrier, and typical transit times. Also confirm cut-off time for same-day dispatch and what happens over weekends.

If a pouch arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent, email a photograph of the parcel and the product. It is replaced at no cost.

Check each product page before ordering. Several products contain milk. The Ultimate Mass Builder contains peanuts and bananas. Whey products are not recommended if you are lactose intolerant.

An allergy you could have read about on the product page is not grounds for return, so read them.
